FREE TRACKED STANDARD SHIPPING for all orders to continental USA and Canada.  

How is my order shipped? We ship using Canada Post or Chit Chats for Canada and the USA. Currently, we do not ship internationally, other than the USA. We deliver wherever is most convenient for you

When will my order be shipped? We ship orders Monday through Friday. Orders are shipped within 24 hours. Orders received after noon on Friday, during the weekend or holidays will be shipped Monday. Please give us 24 hours for customization. 

Is there Express shipping? Shipping upgrades to Express are available for a fee. Please see chart below for fees. We will ship Express orders the same business day, even custom orders, if the order is placed before noon, EST (eastern standard time). Express shipping is not available for PO boxes.

When will I get my order? Delivery dates are calculated by adding a shipping carrier's transit time to Daphne & Tom’s order processing time. Depending on your location, and the time of year, delivery dates are from 2 -10 business days. Express shipping delivery dates are from 1-3 business days. Peak & Holiday season cut-off dates for on-time deliveries will be clearly outlined, once published by the carriers.

When do I get the tracking number? It will be sent via Shipping Confirmation email once the order has been begun its journey. 

What if I have special instructions? Please leave a note on your order at checkout if you have special instructions (ie door buzzers, leaving parcels with the neighbour, codes to get into buildings etc). Or, send us an email so that we can put the instructions on the envelope. 

How is my order packaged? All jewelry pieces are carefully packaged, ready for gifting. Carefully inspect your parcel as soon as you receive it to ensure no damage during shipment occurred.

Does Daphne and Tom work at the border or drive trucks? No, we do not. We are not responsible for parcels lost in transit, postal strikes, winter snowstorms (yes, we get them here), or delays in shipping around peak holiday seasons. 

Our prices are not including Duties and taxes: Duty is set by the customs agency within the destination country, based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported. Payment of any duties and import taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery.
